My name is Kevin King and I am a solo practicing attorney in San Francisco, CA.
 
I did a substantial amount of legal work for this bum with the expectation that I would be paid for my services. Times are tough and I cannot afford to spend my time doing work for which I am not paid. He signed a retainer and agreed to my very reasonable fees. Unfortunately, once his business plan did not work out he refused to pay me and I have had to get creative in my effort to track him down and hold him accountable.
