Other Info: After I threatened legal action against him, this bum promised to pay me by a certain date, several months away at the time, and then moved away so I could not serve him with the summons and complaint.

Prior Location: Mr. Haueter previously lived in Woodside, California near Redwood City.

Last Known Location: Mr. Haueter is believed to be currently residing in the Weaverville (Trinity County) area of Northern California.

Affiliations: Mr. Haueter is associated with several medical marijuana organizations including "The Hemp Network" and "Cannabis Industry Advisors (CIA)." The "CIA" is Mr. Haueter's own entity and is a largely defunct remnant of his failed attempt to become a so-called "Hempreneur." Apparently this "organization" now only exists as a locked Facebook group available HERE if you'd like to have a look.
